Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

If your item qualifies, please follow these steps:

    Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Return the Product
    Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions from our team. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll initiate your refund within 7 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments:
    The amount will be refunded to your original card within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 10–15 business days to reflect.
  • UPI/Net Banking Payments:
    Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund unless received in a defective condition:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items sold under Sale, Clearance, or Final Price

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the damaged product to our support email.
  • Based on the issue, we’ll either offer a replacement or a full refund within 7 business days.
